Mackley Jewelers offers a variety of safe and secure shipping options to ensure your purchase arrives promptly and in excellent condition. We provide USPS Priority Mail, UPS (Overnight, 2nd Day, and Ground), and FedEx services as available. Overnight delivery may be arranged upon request. Expected delivery 2 to 5 business days. If you need it quicker, we are glad to accommodate you. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, carriers may encounter delays caused by weather or unexpected events. Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that allows you to track your order. To ensure the security of your package, this email will not contain a UPS® tracking number for orders over $1,000.00 Contact a Diamond and Jewelry Consultant at 865-693-3097 should you need assistance.

Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses
Mackley Jewelers will ship any order under $25,000 to an APO / FPO address. Mackley Jewelers ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Registered or Priority Mail depending on value.

Signature Requirements For Delivery
If your delivery is over $100 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from UPS®. If your delivery is under $1,000 and shipped UPS Overnight®, UPS® may require a signature. These requirements are for your protection. All USPS shipments will also require a signature for delivery.
